Life is better when you’re laughing.

I love this picture of me.

Why? It about sums up what you need to know about me. I’m highly energetic, incredibly positive, and will laugh at nearly anything.

I am highly aligned with my upbringing. I’m a sixth generation Texan, Houston native, and a University of Texas at Austin graduate. I lived all over east Texas and I still have many relatives in smaller towns across the state. I believe in the values of Texas, such as keeping Austin weird, frito pies, pulling yourself up by your bootstraps, Tex Mex, saying y’all, Blue Bell ice cream, Lick Ice Creams, and kindness (as long as you don’t cross me). I came into my own at UT, coming out as gay, and then joined two of my life’s favorite organizations, the Orientation Advisors and the show choir, Longhorn Singers.

After college, I moved to the center of the universe, New York City. When I moved here in 2005, my first apartment was an amazing find in Hell’s Kitchen, Manhattan…and I still live there today! I’m as shocked as you are! I’m a certified coach (duh), an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), an Enneagram Practitioner, and I’m fabulous AF. I also own a temporary hospitality staffing company called Alexander Staffing

I have a lap-friendly orange tabby cat named Timberlake and another super sweetie tuxedo-lover cat named Chasez. 😉 Some of my interests include practicing American Sign Language, traveling all over the world (30+ countries to date), collecting points and miles so I can do it in style, reading self-help books, casual astronomy, and figuring out how to have as many peak life experiences as possible!

When you’re drunk, I’m hilarious.

Get to know me.
