Event Three: Deploy & Delegate

In our final session, we focus on launch. A system isn't real until it's running without you. You’ll test what you built, troubleshoot any gaps, and refine your process for real-world use. You'll learn how to simply and effectively train your team (or set up your automation) on the new process. We'll build your hand-off plan so you can officially delegate ownership. You’ll finish this sprint with your system live and your time reclaimed.
