Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe, Squarespace, and Wave.
Unless expressly stated, all payments are non-refundable. If a program specifies a refund policy, that policy will control.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, guides, videos, and other content provided by us are owned by Flashes of Brilliance Coaching LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse our services, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with security features, or using our content for purposes not authorized by these Terms.

6. No Guarantees

We make no guarantees regarding specific business results or outcomes. Coaching is a collaborative process, and success depends on your own effort, commitment, and implementation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flashes of Brilliance Coaching LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools (including ActiveCampaign, Zoom, Calendly, Google Drive, and others) to deliver services. We are not responsible for any acts or omissions of third-party providers.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
